Lou was the owner and President of Triad Packaging, Inc., a manufacturer of corrugated shipping containers located in Conover, NC, with a satellite facility in Durham, NC. Lou opened Triad Packaging, Inc. in 1976. Lou is originally from Memphis, TN, and holds a BBA in management and an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Memphis. Lou is a Certified Court Mediator.
